Sandbagger!......I knew you were likely pretty fast at a straight out trail run but never would have guessed you would have been this quick....excellent time for an old guy.....
I got to get some of that retirement training someday!
thanks Steve... I don't run very much and 10k is longest run for a long time (don't count orienteering which is more run-jog-walk-run ) so I was concerned that this AM I would be very sore . No problem. So yes the retirement training regime seems to be good.
Hope you recover from the hard knock your system had with the stomach flu and a race soon thereafter . Hope to see you at French for the next run on June 15th
BTW ... i did get beat by Molly M (by about 2 min ). She and Pete W ended up about 3 seconds apart. I was concerned that Kari would beat me ; never saw her on the course. Fun all around .
I am eyeing up the French 5K run......seems like such a good time....
