that is a consolation . . . at least the rest days helped. I mean, the legs really felt OK. just the breathing was an issue, felt like I didn't really "open up" till the end. THEN my legs were tired. ! have to figure out what to do the next three days, what do you do for taper? what does JD recommend? "what would JD do"? haha.
