Grisha, take it easy in general! I need you healthy and smiling during WMOC! Don't try to prove something about old horse on a field and such :) For some reason I think you are not smiling often enough lately.

Hip joint is in pain today, whole left side is fucked up, I need rest. Will bike tomorrow to my sister's place, will see, how it all reacts.
@ Sergey - I entered team trials for fun, not to be competitive, but it looks like I will have to downgrade to shorter courses, if I run it at all.

you need a less aggressive rear cluster on your bike. I can set you up. Then we will do a 50 mile ride up thru Sterling forest and Harriman. Its nothing like riding in Queens. There will be hills and a fraction of the cars you usually have to deal with.

Grisha, see if you may need to see a good chiropractor first. Often it is problem with hip alignment and it starts from the lower back.

Otherwise, rest, light massage. and contrasting ice/hot baths if this is just ligament overuse or soft tissue.
