What would your weight be if you hadn't trained? What would your time have been?
can easily get into Clydesdale territory with unmindful (a word?) eating . . . I remember now last season made a concerted effort to get weight down and it paid off, just did not have the run base in place to support the speed. OK, well, "next" season will hopefully get both in place. or perhaps by the end of summer Aug or the fall 5Ks. still have time to redeem the season. unfortunately, not in time for summer track.
