I ran them all tonight and generally will run everything in training but racing I would not be running things like the Cadbury camp climb or maybe even the last climb. In a race I run harder on the flat and thus I take the climbs at a walk as a bit of recovery. My walk up something like the Cadbury camp hill would be as fast as my run.
Good to know, thanks Ifor. I was walking almost as fast as Charles was running going up Cadbury camp hill so that is a good tip... it just always feels like bailing out....! Last year I had to walk up both Cadbury camp hill and the third hill, so some progress has been made....!
