As skiers, we like it but I had my flannel jammies on again last night!
I watched the temp climb as I went south ... then started dropping as I got close to Palgrave?!
... and what's with the bunnies?? I know I'm getting old and feeble now, but I can't even scare a little bunny anymore... they were standing their ground all along the trail when they used to bolt at the sight of me!!
It's not just you. We have Super Bunnies here and they're not scared of anything. Our vegetable garden is going in today with a heavy duty bunny fence. They have no fear and no ethics!
4 legged bunny control officers are only on duty part time. They try hard though- that's part of why Bazingadog's a gimp right now.
Oh no, Bazingadog is a gimp? What happened?
On and off for the past few months, he would limp after an active play session. It usually got better after a few days so we didn't worry about it. Dogs pull muscles and overtrain just like we do, and they recover with rest. However, it went on long enough that we asked a vet about it; he is getting an X-ray on his knee on Monday. I have a horrible feeling that he is going to need the same TPLO surgery that Mocha had. It worked really well and gave her many more years of running but the 3-month rehab period was super tough on all of us. Not to mention that TPLO = my entire new bike budget but honestly, the rehab period is the bad part.
