yep! Guess he is afraid to get lost. :-)
I have trained with him on some of the Mondays in Surahammar so I knew what to expect.
I guess it is an impossible mission since he probably is a 14/29 min runner for 5/10k.. But very impressive how well he handles the technical trails as well.
