Just light running over the next week: keep your legs loose, and let them freshen up a bit.
I still think I am under trained compared to last year. I was thinking of doing a 800m time trail tomorrow. I will be at Stanford for a team meeting. I will see how the legs feel.
Looks like you didn't do the 800m time trial. Hope that wasn't because your legs didn't feel good.
It was hot and I just thought better of it. Legs felt fine, if not bouncy.
