Contours are hardest of all to read in the coastal dunes where the background is pale yellow. And on the ground it's impossible to distinguish contour heights when they are overgrown by coastal wattle and lupins...I spent lots of time doing laps of various basins there in 2013!
(Maybe we'd all benefit from training at Cantara?)

That would have been in '08? TT are holding a training/do-it-yourself-courses weekend down there at the end of July but unfortunately I'll miss it as I'll still be in Central Australia with my parents post WRC.
