You must have been flaking it round the trails to get the white loop done under 3hrs. Thank God I wasn't with you!

Laboured effort actually. Had little juice for the climbs but plugged away. Was passed by 2 carbon HT 29ers like I was stationary. I'd normally give chase but today was survival mode.
