oh right. you were just off by a week, tonite's workout is pretty much the one you did a little while ago:
Group 1-3: 12-14 x 200m @ 1m pace (200m jog recovery)
oh yes, I paid a high price . . . injured my calf, likely not able to run Senior Games this Sat
hopefully a quick recovery!
still hurts this morning if I apply too much pressure on the pedals. Have it on ice right now.
I highly doubt it will be ready for Sat. quite a relief really. not a good sign getting dropped from the BRR #2 group on 200m repeats, geesh.
A runner does not live on speedwork alone...(unless of course you are an unusual and gifted sprinter)
