tempting! have to look up the forecast for next wed. no glory, but a whole lot less work.
According to JD recovery is as long as it takes. In group 2, I was always one of the first to finish but the one of the last back to the start. why I didn't care for the group thing and didn't sign up for it this year. Having people to chat with is nice, but if the 'flow' negates the purpose of the workout (R) then it might be doing more harm than good. Have to rely on JD for this one since my N=1.
Hope the calf recovers quickly.

I might do it as a reality check, nice to have faster people in front of me pushing/ pulling me.
I guess the short recovery makes it more of an endurance workout which is probably my weakness now, just running out of gas toward the end of even short races like 400 and 1500.
