Aside, I started imcorporating Tumeric into my breakfast routine. It's suppose to be an anti inflammatory. Try it and see what you think. Pineapple too!
Also, my physio therapist had me working my way up to 100 calf raises per leg. Talk about OUCH! He figured the Achilles was coming from the calf (which needed constant massage and attention) strain/compensation.
I don't mean to offer unsolicited advice but I feel like I gained some excellent insight having dealt with Achilles Tenosynovitis.
