Below link is the routine I have successfully used to rehabilitate my previous calf problems (although my last calf strain took a lot longer, bc I kept going orienteering every w/e & didn't give it a chance to respond to the rest paired with medicinal sessions). Now is a good time for you to rehab it this way though, bc there isn't any orienteering on (or none worth prolonging your calf issue for). I'm usually running again in 3 weeks if I follow this program to the letter.
