Thanks Charlie. I am quite happy. The training plan worked out very well. Too much would have resulted in injury, so I think I hit it just right. It is so much fun for me to run races on the track again, even if it is half the speed I used to run. Now I cannot wait until the next games 2 years from now when I move up to M70. Some things of note: I was the oldest runner in my division. I was the only heart transplant in my division. The guys who beat me were kidneys and livers.

Actually they may be chopped livers. Many donated livers are divided in two to be transplanted into two persons. There are living liver donors, who have had their livers removed chopped in half and reinserted back into them.
