I'm sure you're kidding but... When I was researching the best pain medication for my bad shoulder at UTMB, I learned that Tylenol is easier on your body than Ibuprofen at sensible dosages but if you take too much, Tylenol is more likely to kill you. Most people are fine up to 4,000 mg/day.

Not so much an OD but a pretty crazy (kinda trippy) experience as it knocked me out for 14 hours one day and I was in a fog for three days straight

I remember Tylenol being on the news back in the day (80ies?) as a true killer. DonĀ“t remember if it was a bad batch or what else but still bad news...

That was the Tylenol killer! Someone snuck poison into Tylenol packages in Chicago and tried to blackmail the manufacturer. A number of people died. It led to the development of tamper-proof packaging for many products.

Tylenol itself can kill people via liver damage but only if taken in excess.
