yeah dude... heading into it as a training run for Silver King. Planning on getting in solid ride tomorrow morning so my legs will be properly bike tired heading.
We had similar Friday/Saturday plans. Good work.
changed up my diet a bit. higher carb, lower fat, and mod protein. my body responded like crazy. i've done the higher fat, lower carb (not by any mean paleo or anything) but decided to go with a more traditional endurance athlete diet. it's working... and i still eat cookies and drink beer.
