Are you icing? I realize that can be hard to find in Europe. That has been one of the things that is actually working for my achilles issues. Probably worth a shot.
Yep, ice pack is plan number one. Actually that was the easy one, it was one of the first things I bought when I moved here. :)

- Calf lowers - step down from a step above, real slow, straight leg and bent
- Rolling calves and homemade graston
- Very light stretches
- Kinesio tape
- Thoughts and prayers
I'm doing steps 1, 2 and a lot of step 5 from your list. Semi-success, at least enough to keep training.
