Well, I cheat a little. I take a gallon of water in w/ me & keep dousing myself to keep cool. On this particular day I actually got out a couple times to refill. I don't know? It all seems kind of lazy. Maybe I should've done the "sweatsuit" running but just wasn't that motivated.

Still, 50 minutes even with water is boss. Running in a sweatsuit sounds pretty gross... I'd take a sauna every time. Hope you have a great run this weekend!
