I expect the 6 hours I'll be followed by 2 hours of plane, sort of rest. If you can stay awake long enough to shift time zones Monday though, it is hard to imagine sleep not winning. Good luck resting up.
You were exactly right about the 2 hours on the plane! What's mystifying is that I was awake most of the night at my destination too. Only 3 more nights to sleep before a 30 hr race and I've already given myself a mild cold from lack of sleep. I'm trying not to worry because that just compounds things. Ugh.
