Enjoy the time off! Was joking with a friend that the only healthy thing about 100's is that it gives me a solid month to 2 month period where I don't want to run at all.
I will take a couple of easy weeks then back on it. RRR will be here before I know it, then 3 months off. I actually feel good as far as soreness goes but I get tired really easy. Just sitting here at work and the morning has wiped me out.
