Let the body heal fully. I realise this is rich coming from me, but take the break.
Everyone knows you have the speed, but speed isn't much use if your legs are fucked. Do the Darren and hit the bike, or the kayak or the XC roller skating. Go mapping! Just let the body recover
Rest will do your body good. Find some sort of exercise that fits with the injuries, then go for it. The idea of someone XC roller skating around Cork would be something worth seeing.
How did the body hold up in Sweden and at Jukola? I agree with Colm that you need a break if you still have that injury. You don't want it getting any worse or you might end up with irreparable damage. Even if that means missing the Mournes this year in favour of resting the injury, that's ok by me!
