Do you using a HR belt while your trainings? It is interesting to know your HR while easy runs and in intensive sessions, will be nice if you will share with us.
And one more wondering, are you combine road bike trainings in up hills or just a flat places?
I have stopped using HR belt quite a long time ago. Found it too difficult to get a good feedback (in term of training analysis) from it. Now, I am just measuring HR when I wake up.
Would love to do roadbike with hill climbing but since I moved to Uppsala, it is pretty hard to find them... But when I was in France, it was hard to find flat parts!
