Any idea what the doctor will actually do to assess your condition, beyond asking you how you feel? Presumably not going to open you up again to check on things. Internal imaging of some sort or just a lot of questions of the form how does it feel when I do this?
Actually, while I'm asking, should the surgery, in theory, have resulted in the immediate and total disappearance of nerve pain?
Clearly it is early yet, and the full result won't be known for some time. Still, it's great that regular life is more comfortable!
Glad to hear that you're getting better. As long as you're doctor is good with the specifics of your condition, trying to get yourself active again should do you a lot of good. You're youth should aid in recovery time too. It may take a while and have some ups and downs.
