On a long race or training, do you take any energy gels or energy bars?
The best is energy drink (easier to assimilate) but it is always hard to have it during competition. Most of time, organizers only provide water.
At training, when I have loops or another possibility, I bring my bottle.
In long distance races, if there is no sport drink, I bring one energy gel in my pant. Not always have time to use it though.
