Super run after that gruelling bike. The run walk strategy paid off big time! Would you do that when you're going for a time in a marathon?
Thanks. For and IM marathon yes definitely it was almost a mental thing saying just 90 more seconds running then a break etc.. For a standard 2:50-3hr run I don't think so. You are starting fresh and generally have bags of energy and glycogen store to get you to 2hrs.
Ya but I was just thinking it might stop your legs from cramping
