Just be careful not to over do it, you've trained really well and there is not a huge amount of benefit training can give you in the last couple of weeks, but it can easily wear you out and make you tired at JWOC - a mistake 90% of all New Zealand and Australian juniors make

Yeah that was the no 1 piece of advice everyones given me so far I think. I talked to my coach a bit about prep and she said basically the same thing. I'm planning on taking most of the team training for the next 10 days pretty easy apart from no more then 2 or 3 hard sessions and certainly nothing hard within 3 or 4 days of the sprint.
