Uncle JiM:
With a long windy course, there isn't anything wrong with that time

Bundoora was a couple of weeks ago, 42 would see you sitting in the top 50, and that courses was the correct distance

Ah thanks Jim! That's good to know. I'm sure I'd get faster with some racing experience, so will have to try and actually go to the AV races/park run ;) we have a 5k xc relay on Wednesday on the same course as today (but only one lap), so there's my next race already!

Isn't that a pretty good time for 10km anyway even when it's not cross-country?

Yeah I just felt I could have gone a bit faster. It felt more like a tempo maybe. But I dunno I've never run a 10k so maybe it's not meant to be super painful the whole way!

20:30 is going alright as well. Would like to see you do a Park Run, as I reckon you will go under 20 easy

Yeah I will definitely do some park runs. Not the one this Saturday though haha. Maybe the one after that....
