Discussion: water is easy to lose on long plane flights

Probably not such a bad thing to hold off on the calories near the end of your trip. With the typically low humidity and reduced cabin pressure on long air flights, it is really easy to lose a kilogram or two of water, even though you are just sitting there doing nothing but breathing. And if for some reason after a few days if the weight is still down, I bet you can figure out some delicious way to put it back on while back in Canada.

You're raining on my parade, Eldersmith! ;) You are probably right. I am now at my target weight for the race, which I was unable to achieve beforehand. I guess I'll go out to our veggie garden and harvest more kale.

I found Buffalo Mozzarella at the market today and made 'Bent a Caprese salad for dinner. It's dangerous to go grocery shopping the day after you get home from Italy. I bought a lot of nice food.

Imagine my surprise at getting home after work to find a wonderful fresh Caprese salad!
