Calf raises and stretches which seems to be working. Very much depends on what shoes I wear. Fine in trainers and a pair of asics trail shoes I have. Inov8's aggravate them after about 1hr of running and then they usually continue to stay sore for about a day if I continue running. But have bought ankle braces to save money on tape in the long run, but can't wear them with my asics as they don't fit. However ankles seem to be holding up fine and haven't twisted them in a year so wearing asics the last two days and have had no problems.
