yup! gotta make links to what is popular. no just gotta get Danish orienteering federation to make a link with Lego and make a Leg"O" game. :-)

smart phone nav with gps allowed is very likey a great way to introduce people to navigation

I have to admit (as a former daily Ingress player) that I would never have thought this was a good idea. Haven't played PG yet, so my view is entirely from Ingress, where the map part seemed so secondary to me, and the other local players so not the type to pick up orienteering (seriously, I'm always trying to recruit, but not these guys!), that it seemed ridiculous to me that a similar game could be used for recruitment. I've clearly failed to consider something that lots of orienteers think has potential. Good thing there are lots of different people with different ideas in the orienteering community!

Sometimes the approach is to take a bunch of ideas and see what sticks.
