you took in more calories/hr on the run than the bike. I take it you could increase the amount on the bike if needed.

yeah art... i knew it was going to be a long day and i would be running on sugar all day so kept shoveling it in. I felt my calories were pretty spot on for the bike and about all i could take in with all the descending and technical sections.
