I remember doing rowing intervals in the 8's way back in '65 - and puking over the side!

I am guessing it is a loop by the rowing club by Stora Delsjön or simply rowing intervals.

Yes it is. Reading your blog makes me very nostalgic sometimes. Delsjön/Skatås is such an awesome area to train in. Everything after that is pretty much downhill...
