Fourth Place! What an amazing effort! They have a nice results page, where results are shown for five legs of the race. Looks like you did best on the downhill leg to Stumptown.
Of the top ten finishers in M50-59, seven were from the Front Range...and presumably fully conditioned. And in your age group, you were 4th of 37! Terrific! Looking forward to the Race Report!
Orlyn Skrien used to live a few feet from that race course. So in my visits we used to run & ski that trail often. All that mining waste and tailings make for treacherous footing. And the scenic beauty constantly tries to draw your eyes away from your next step! Hope you recover from your falls without incident.
