I'm glad this is over and you are unscathed. Get some sleep on flight!

Unscathed at orienteering but was cleaning up the house afterwards and managed to boot the side of my right foot (right on the bone) into the bar end of one of my weights that was laying about on the floor. That'll bruise nicely.

Have a great trip! I'll be following along at home.

tRicky - you are not Tooms!

I hope I have everything. I'm holding off taping up my bike box in case I need to shove something in it.

Good luck

Well we eventually got here and all I'm missing (that I'm aware of) are my four canisters (confiscated in Dubai by an overzealous security screener although Hamish's mob got through with seven of them), one set of wheels from my bike box and also bits of my bike box. Someone seems to have lain waste to it.

All you're missing???? Gah! I'm fretting for you!

He's talking about his box wheels - not the wheels from his bike... :) still those box wheels are handy - poor Ricky.

Thanks Tash - I thought tRicky was remarkably calm having lost some wheels.

I've got the same wheels for my bike box and I love them to bits. It is pretty frustrating to have them go missing. :(

The box just isn't the same with only one end having wheels. Thankfully it was the strap with the destination sticker wrapped around it that remained attached otherwise who knows where it would have ended up.

Goodness! That would have been a disaster!!
