what are you doing that is killing you so much? all the 30 day things i've seen i've not bothered with as do the last day like twice a week at the gym.

There's plenty of strength things I can do no problem. The reason I'm doing this one is because I have pretty bad hip flexibility. Generally when you address weaknesses you feel it and then get used to it as you improve. I think having two day DOMs is fairly standard after starting something new, plus I did play rounders on the Wed which was a lot of sprinting and uses the groin and hamstring muscles a lot more than normal running and those are exactly the muscles I am targeting.

Also sometimes the harder strength exercises can seem easier because you can be using the incorrect muscles to do them. It can be really beneficial to start with the basic movements and move up from there. For example, I used to be able to bash out fifty bridges no problem but when I went to my physio they corrected how I was doing them and they became a lot harder but also a lot more effective at strengthening the muscles I need to train.

wasn't a dig at something easy! was asking what you were doing as it seemed like a good program you found and thought i'd look at it. Chill

Susan got me into it it's called Kinetic revolution. You've probably done it all at the gym already though. It is actually very basic (at the moment).
