The movement that eluded Paul for 6+ months after separating his shoulder was push ups. But he has been determined to get them back in his routine and can finally do a few now. But they were a long time coming. Tissue takes such a long time to heal!
It does! PT is hard and almost always has some degree of pain, but it's worth it. Persistence and repetition is what is helping me make progress :) So glad to hear Paul is making progress also. Tell him to keep it up!
