Results and side effects vary! Def drink more, with touch of electrolytes.
we'll see... it's pretty pure form of creatine that's not supposed to cause bloating. if it does i'll stop taking it for sure. I drink a lot of water now and electrolytes but for sure ramping it up.
I am going to give it a couple of weeks and see what happens.

that's a solid plan Kyle... my plan is ver similar. I stopped taking the creatine. didn't want to mess with it and had a couple of weird stomach aches last week.
