I guess hot and muggy?! Any racing plans?
Anyhow stay fit, fast and healthy :-)
The heat does seem relentless, but a good attitude and very early morning runs seem to be getting me through day by day.
Taking a break from strict time-oriented training (today being a little exception), still doing a good deal of impromptu stuff but more 'speedplay' than 'speedwork'.
Idea is to become a better more relaxed all around fit runner, build up a foundation for next year - new age group! So fall races will be 'practice events':) Thanks for the good wishes, and may they be returned to you in good measure!
