Harry, I looked up your temps and you are low 60's in the am! You got it good. But if you are trying to condition for higher temps by running in the pm, come down and visit us for a week and it will all seem so fine when you get back:)
I am running around noon time - the temps go up fast in the morning; just not a morning person. 50 years ago in Vietnam I would run on a soccer field in the middle of the day for 30-40 minutes. But the body has gone through changes and can no longer take the heat/humidity.
