Do that stuff regularly. It will get faster; at least I hope it does for me.

That's my belief and hope. If that's all I can do now then that's where I start from to get faster...the more important thing is being able to do at least 2 of those track workouts a some strides during off weeks...if I can keep going I believe I will reach one of those magic points where all of a sudden I speed way up.
