Nicely done! And it looks from your splits like you definitely didn't drown. :-)

Seems like your best event is the bike? Time there looks excellent. When you go riding with Swampfox, do you have to wait for him?

I have no familiarity with the triathlon world, but interesting that a "sprint" takes more or less two hours.

Yes, my best event is the bike. I feel so relieved to be out of the water and onto my bike. I'm sure I'm always grinning from ear to ear.

Well, it's called a Sprint since I'm sure the intent is to do it so fast. In my training group, we call it the Short course...since we don't do it at blazing speed.
