Well I have a liberal hand when it comes to adding Kikkoman
. Great for marinades, flavor enhancer for soups, sauces, stir-frys. I also keep fresh ginger, garlic and cream sherry at hand for complementing the soy sauce. Kind of a teriyaki flavor.
My other flavor enhancer is Brewer's Yeast, which I buy by the pound at the Whole Foods bulk section. Great on any starch or vegetable.
