I won't thanks.cheers for those. I'll keep it rested until I see the clinic next week but will keep arms and legs active. Excuse for me to work on my atrocious hamstring flexibility. When do you plan to start taper?

Talking to Sean today he thinks I could start gradually reducing the quantity from this week and up the yoga/strength work/swimming. Sounds good to me. RHR was a bit high this morn so will keep an eye on that as well

I agree. Bike volume anyway. Keep paddling. Mind the running. You hip, Sean Chest and me on the mend all needs to be wrapped up.

Yoga, strength and swimming all good.

RHR higher, poor sleep, fatigue, motivation drop etc all indicators
