I am wishing I had been able to take a 3rd week of holidays to do more stuff with parents, or spend longer on some of the things which we did - but at least I managed not to make it feel too rushed for them.

Yes, there were so many fantastic things to do out there. Also, you want to spend time with your parents while you can. Work always gets in the way.
