Sorry the news was not better. I assume swimming is ok. How about skiing? Maybe you won't know until winter.
swimming is ok and skiing is good also......its jjust always hurts, but the tight pain doesnt bother me as much biking, skating or skiing... ...the pain is annoying....and iis a bit random about when it hurts and how much....
BUT....
the cortisone seems to have helped and has taken the pain down a notch...so now I will hope it keeps the pain at a minimum and figure out how to train for the run with minimum run time.....at this moment it seems likely but its one of those things that you know could turn worse quickly OR perhaps not hurt much for another year....maybe two? I dont know....
so I will do as much as I can while I can....and prepare for the day when I can't
