You're supposed to do this about four weeks from now, Mr. Corn Maze. (Rest, ice, compression, elevation...)
It is worth noting that as I finished fourth in 2015
, I am not the defending champion. I am the underdog.
Oh, there's a corn maze champs 4 weeks from now? If I operated under the Canadian system, I guess that would mean no need to do anything for at least 3.5 weeks?
No, Peter, you'd need to do plenty of work for the next 3.5 weeks. Then in the last few days you'd have to redo everything in a different corn maze.
(Actually, I saw the exact same thing happen in San Diego fifteen years ago. They lost permission for the Night-O Champs area sometime in the early afternoon, and managed to use the Day 2 area and have the meet with only a small delay that evening (maybe an hour or so). One of the few times I ever medalled on Blue.)
And Ian... hmmm, the only event you failed to win was the one you could do perfectly well even with a broken leg...
Bummer!! Sorry about ankle, happy healing for corn maze!
Must be the low altitude. Hope it fixes itself fast.
Meanwhile, in the spirit of PGs injury selfies, we need pictures.
It was a pretty good description. Are 1000 words worth a picture, if the reverse is generally agreed upon?
