Now what do you mean by IF you can do more Orienteering training? What are your limiting factors?
Not sure if there is any sarcasm in that question...? There are many limitations like a lack of high quality maps that I have not run on countless times, more organized trainings with flags, lack of race opportunities, training partners, coaching, funding...
With all of that considered, you're doing great. Week in, week out...you bring it.
Good luck the rest of the summer man. With your fitness, you can really do some damage!
