Discussion: Special not so easy

It is mapped at 1:5,000 scale. So it can't be used for a Middle, Long or Relay Championship. Its complex so doesn't fit the profile of a Sprint format. So if special means a big state or national event, there isn't the correct format to fit it into, even if there were free spaces in fixture for such events. Maybe next year a bush sprint weekend on four similar style maps. Birds Reef, White Hill No. 4, New Argus and South Star (the latter two once being together called Virginia Hill). And maybe the following year on some as yet unmapped areas in Loddon Shire.

Yipppee. Sound good. I may not be very good at orienteering - but l do enjoy the challenge of maps and courses like this one. Thank you for all your hard work.
