Good pace...especially for feeling like dog doo doo. All the quick running should pay off with something special in the future...
Wow..., I thought you dropped off my list of favorites, but you were way up high.
Lots of walking...1 hour walks..4 milers...they do seem to give me a workout but not for actual running...my track workouts and 'running' pace proves that but I'm still in way better shape and my aches and pains seem more manageable for now...
Your workouts are like mine of 5 years ago...unfortunately I would prefer not to 'lead' the decline by 5 years...great 10 miler
